Before Pinpoint ever existed, the paths of Ben Grossman, Gilboa Merginger, and Nicholas “Nico” Ruggieri would intersect inside the fast-moving, high-risk world of eCommerce and affiliate marketing.
- Ben and Gil had been building together for years—friends since school and neighbors as adults. They scaled multiple businesses, from insurance to online retail. Known for their sharp instincts and ability to navigate high-pressure growth, they had seen what it really takes to scale a company from zero to success.
- Nico would later join them, quickly becoming a key player. He was instrumental in building the company’s fraud prevention and chargeback management system, a system that saved the business millions.
